SPIDER LEGS ON ENGINE COOLING FANS COULD DEVELOP DRACKS WHICH COULD LEAD TO COMPLETE FRACTURE OF THE SPIDER LEG, PROPELLING IT AND THE PIECE OF FAN BLADE OUTSIDE OF THE FAN SHROUD. THIS SITUATION COULD POSE AN IMMEDIATE DANGER TO ANY PERSONNEL WORKING ON THE ENGINE OR STANDING NEAR THE FRONT OF THE UNIT.
