THE ELECTRONIC FOOT PEDAL ASSEMBLY RETURN SPRINGS MAY FAIL. IF BOTH SPRINGS FAIL, THE PEDAL MAY UNEXPECTEDLY GO TO THE FULL THROTTLE POSITION. THIS COULD RESULT IN LOSS OF VEHICLE CONTROL AND A CRASH WITHOUT PRIOR WARNING. CORRECTION: MODIFICATION KIT WILL BE INSTALLED OR PEDAL ASSEMBLY REPLACED IF REQUIRED.
