FAILURE OF A PIN IN THE INTERNAL GOVERNOR LINKAGE RESULTS IN LOSS OF ENGINE THROTTLE CONTROL AND SUBSEQUENT ENGINE ACCELERATION. THIS COULD RESULT IN A VEHICLE CRASH WITHOUT PRIOR WARNING.
