International 3200 in the other registers
This site holds seven national and European registers. International 3200 is named on 1 American notices. Those are separate campaigns, filed with separate authorities on their own schedules.
The American register
Nothing here says any of these is this notice in another country. A model recalled in one country is often recalled in another, in different words and at a different time, and the authorities do not cross-reference each other. Reading them together is the reason this site holds more than one register.

On certain vehicles, the parking brake assembly may not hold the vehicle in position when set. Factors contributing to this possibility are as follows: 1. Cracked or broken cams; 2. Loose or broken anchor bolts; 3. Initial shoe diameter not set properly during assembly, which can lead to progressive component damage; 4. Bent adjuster levers that cannot function; 5. Automatic adjuster cables that are disconnected. If this parking brake does not function properly, the vehicle may begin to roll, without warning, after the parking brake lever has been set and could cause an accident, possibly resulting in property damage, personal injury or death. Correction: Dealers will replace the cam, lever and bolt on all affected vehicles.
The wording above is the department's own, as it stood in the monthly file this site last read. Vehicle counts are the sum of the counts published for each make and model the recall covers. To act on a recall, use the official notice: Transport Canada recall 2002183.

Reading this against the source
This page is what Transport Canada published in the Vehicle Recalls Database, kept as it was read. The authority publishes only its current wording; if a notice is rewritten, the earlier version disappears there and is kept here. The whole register is at /canada, and how the reading is done is set out in the method.
What the words on this notice mean — the system it is filed under, and what the filing type says about who found the fault.
This notice names one vehicle among several registers that have written about it. Every notice this site holds for the International 4300, in all seven, is kept on that vehicle's own page, with the newest in each.
This register keeps an index of its own for every maker and every year it holds: Canadian recalls on an International: 314 in the register, and 246 Canadian vehicle recalls filed in 2002.
