Certain buses fail to comply with the requirements of CMVSS 108. The back-up lights do not provide adequate illumination. This could possibly result in the presence of the minibus not perceived correctly or its signal not understood which could endanger the pedestrian or the occupant of the vehicle. Correction: Dealers will replace the two back-up lights installed previously on the minibuses with the ones supplied by Girardin Minibus.
