Certain off-road motorcycles, ATVs and competition motorcycles do not have the required bilingual warning label indicating that the vehicle is a restricted use motorcycle or an all-terrain vehicle and is not intended for use on public highways. These vehicle were equipped with a label in one of the two official languages instead of one containing both French and English as required. Correction: Since this does not pose any safety risk, no corrective action is required.

The wording above is the department's own, as it stood in the monthly file this site last read. Vehicle counts are the sum of the counts published for each make and model the recall covers. To act on a recall, use the official notice: Transport Canada recall 2007181.
