Kongsberg Power Products Systems I, Inc., (KPPS) is submiting this notice of defect on behalf of Monaco Coach regarding certain motorhomes equipped with an adjustable brake pedal assembly. The brake pedal arm may loosen, rotate around its shaft, and swing in front of the accelerator pedal. Should the brake pedal arm contact and engage the accelerator pedal, it could result in extended stopping distances and a vehicle crash causing property damage, personal injury or death. Correction: KPPS will provide a clamp assembly kit along with installation instructions.
