Kawasaki ZR1000 in the other registers
This site holds seven national and European registers. Kawasaki ZR1000 is named on 3 British notices. Those are separate campaigns, filed with separate authorities on their own schedules.
The British register
- DVSA recall RM/2010/014: Kawasaki ZR1000 (Brakes may fail)
- DVSA recall RM/2021/022: Kawasaki ZR1000K/L, ZX1002J, ZX1000Y and 2 more (The oil pressure relief valve may fail)
- DVSA recall RM/2022/036: Kawasaki ZX1002, ZX1000 and ZR1000 (The plunger in the camshaft-chain tensioner can lock up during usag...)
Nothing here says any of these is this notice in another country. A model recalled in one country is often recalled in another, in different words and at a different time, and the authorities do not cross-reference each other. Reading them together is the reason this site holds more than one register.

On certain motorcycles, under severe riding conditions, the left front brake hose may contact the left front brake rotor (during extremely heavy application of the front brake). This could cause brake fluid to leak, creating the potential for a crash resulting in injury or death. Correction: Dealers will inspect and, if required, replace the front brake hose. Additionally, the front brake hose will be repositioned to prevent contact with the brake rotor.
The wording above is the department's own, as it stood in the monthly file this site last read. Vehicle counts are the sum of the counts published for each make and model the recall covers. To act on a recall, use the official notice: Transport Canada recall 2010225.

Reading this against the source
This page is what Transport Canada published in the Vehicle Recalls Database, kept as it was read. The authority publishes only its current wording; if a notice is rewritten, the earlier version disappears there and is kept here. The whole register is at /canada, and how the reading is done is set out in the method.
What the words on this notice mean — the system it is filed under, and what the filing type says about who found the fault.
This register keeps an index of its own for every maker and every year it holds: Canadian recalls on a Kawasaki: 145 in the register, and 468 Canadian vehicle recalls filed in 2010.
