Certain vehicles were equipped with an incorrect steering drag link which could result in degraded driver steering feel and control. Degraded steering feel and control may increase the risk of a crash possibly resulting in property damage, personal injury, or death. Correction: Dealers will replace the steering drag link and pitman arm, and will inspect the steering arm for possible damage and replace it, if necessary.

The wording above is the department's own, as it stood in the monthly file this site last read. Vehicle counts are the sum of the counts published for each make and model the recall covers. To act on a recall, use the official notice: Transport Canada recall 2010412.
