On certain toy hauler trailers, a frame support (on either side of the vehicle) may rub against the tires when the vehicle is loaded or driven over bumps. Tire failure could cause the driver to lose vehicle control, which may result in a crash causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will remove the interfering frame supports and install updated supports which allows proper clearance to the tires.

The wording above is the department's own, as it stood in the monthly file this site last read. Vehicle counts are the sum of the counts published for each make and model the recall covers. To act on a recall, use the official notice: Transport Canada recall 2012081.
