On certain vehicles, the tie rod end clamp bolts may not have been torqued to specification. As a result, the tie rod ends could separate from the tie rod, resulting in a loss of steering control, increasing the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will inspect repair vehicles as required.
