Certain child booster seats may not comply with Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 213.2 - Booster Seats. The registration card included with the car seat does not contain a space for consumers to enter their e-mail addresses, and the instruction manual does not specify which classes of vehicles in which the booster seat may be used. Correction: A production change has been undertaken to remedy these technical non-compliance conditions. No corrective recall action is required as the technical non-compliance conditions are deemed to be non-safety related.

The wording above is the department's own, as it stood in the monthly file this site last read. Vehicle counts are the sum of the counts published for each make and model the recall covers. To act on a recall, use the official notice: Transport Canada recall 2013455.
