On certain motorhomes, a cable tie may be missing from rubber grommet used to secure the copper liquid propane (LP) gas line to the water heater. This could expose occupants to carbon monoxide, which could result in asphyxiation or carbon monoxide poisoning or result in a propane leak, which in the presence of an ignition source could result in a fire causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will inspect, and if the cable tie is not present, it will be installed and a proper seal around the liquid propane (LP) line will be ensured.
