On certain F-Series cab-forward trucks, there may be insufficient warning to the operator when the locking lever that secures the cab is left unlatched after servicing or maintenance. If a driver does not ensure the cab is properly latched before driving, the cab may tilt unintentionally, increasing the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Isuzu will remind owners of the need to secure the cab locking lever and will provide further measures, including additional warning features and an additional label and updates to the owneru2019s manuals.

The wording above is the department's own, as it stood in the monthly file this site last read. Vehicle counts are the sum of the counts published for each make and model the recall covers. To act on a recall, use the official notice: Transport Canada recall 2018590.
