Issue: rnOn certain vehicles, the instrument cluster may be blank upon start-up. If this happens, the driver would not be provided with information and warnings about vehicle systems. rnrnSafety Risk: rnIf the driver is not provided with information about the vehicleu2019s systems, there could be an increased risk of a crash. rnrnCorrective Actions: rnThe company will notify owners by mail. Owners will be instructed to take their vehicle to a dealer to have the instrument cluster display reprogrammed.
