Issue: rnOn certain buses, the bolts for the driver's seat belt may not be properly tightened. This could cause the seat belt come loose or detach in a crash. rnrnSafety Risk: rnA driver that is not properly restrained could be injured in a crash. rnrnCorrective Actions: rnThe company will notify owners by mail. Owners will be instructed to take their vehicle to a dealer to have the bolts for the driver's seat belt inspected and tightened, as required.
