Issue: rnOn certain cars, the interior rearview mirror glass was not properly attached and could fall off. rnrnSafety Risk: rnIf interior rearview mirror glass suddenly falls off, the driveru2019s rear visibility will be decreased. This could increase the risk of a crash.rnrnCorrective Actions: rnMazda will notify owners by mail and instruct them to take their car to a dealer to replace the interior rearview mirror.
