Issue: rnOn certain trucks, the bracket for the bed step could break if too much side-load is applied to it. If this happens, the step could fail when it is used. rn rnSafety Risk: rnA bed step that breaks could create a risk of injury.rn rnCorrective Actions: rnFCA Canada will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your truck to a dealer to replace the bed step support brace. New trucks that have not been sold will have the bed step removed and re-installed once the replacement parts are available.
