Issue: rnOn certain trucks, the support plate for the brake pedal could fail. If this happens, the brake pedal could detach and cause a loss of braking. rnrnSafety Risk: rnA loss of brakes can create the risk of a crash.rnrnCorrective Actions: rnVolvo will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your truck to a dealer to inspect the pedal plate. If a crack is found, the plate will be replaced.
