Issue: rnOn certain vehicles, the fuel rail bolts could become loose over time. If this happens, there could be a fuel odour or fuel leak in the engine compartment. rn rnSafety Risk: rnA fuel leak can create the risk of a fire.rn rnCorrective Actions: rnVolkswagen will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to replace the fuel rail bolts and, if necessary, replace the fuel rail.
