Issue: rnOn certain vehicles, the driveshaft may detach from the transmission flange. This could cause a loss of power to the drive wheels. rnrnSafety Risk: rnA loss of power to the drive wheels could increase the risk of a crash. rnrnCorrective Actions: rnMercedes-Benz will notify owners by mail and instruct them to take their vehicle to a dealer to inspect, and if necessary, replace the carbon-fiber driveshaft.
