Issue: rnOn certain vehicles, the plastic logo on the steering wheel airbag cover could become brittle over time. If this happens, the logo could shatter and could become a projectile when the airbag inflates in a crash. rnrnSafety Risk: rnLoose parts that are projected toward the occupants when an airbag inflates could increase the risk of an injury. rnrnCorrective Actions: rnMazda will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to replace the steering wheel airbag cover.
