Issue: rnOn certain vehicles, the occupant restraint controller (ORC) may not work properly due to a software error. This could cause the airbag warning light to not turn on when there is a problem with the airbag system. rn rnSafety Risk: rnAn airbag that does not work properly could increase the risk of injury to a passenger in a crash. rnrnCorrective Actions: rnFCA Canada will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to update the occupant restraint controller software.
