Issue: rnOn certain Grand Cherokee L models, an incomplete software update could cause one or both of the headlamps not to switch on. rnNote: This recall only affects vehicles equipped with a smart lighting module (SLM). rnrnSafety Risk: rnHeadlamp(s) that do not switch on could reduce visibility and increase the risk of a crash. rnrnCorrective Actions: rnFCA Canada will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to update the smart lighting module (SLM).
