Issue:

A parking brake that self-applies while driving could increase the risk of a crash. Additionally, if a following driver does not recognize when a vehicle ahead is braking, there could also be an increased risk of a crash.Corrective Actions:
KME will notify owners by mail and will arrange for an inspection of the drive pinion. It will be replaced, if necessary.
