Issue: rnCertain vehicles may have been built with a damaged side marker in the left and/or right tail lamp(s). As a result, the side marker lamp(s) may not work. rnrnSafety Risk: rnDriving with a side marker lamp that does not work could make the vehicle less visible and increase the risk of a crash. rnrnCorrective Actions: rnFCA Canada will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect and replace the body-mounted tail lamp assemblies, as required.

The wording above is the department's own, as it stood in the monthly file this site last read. Vehicle counts are the sum of the counts published for each make and model the recall covers. To act on a recall, use the official notice: Transport Canada recall 2022408.
