Both registers carry the same date for this defect.
These are the dates each register records against its own notice. They are separate administrative acts in two countries, recorded by two authorities under two sets of rules, and this page does not claim that one caused the other or that owners in either country were contacted on those days. What it shows is that the same manufacturer campaign reached the two registers on different dates.
Read the American notice 23V262, including every earlier version of its wording this site holds. The Canadian register explains why the manufacturer code is published there and what that makes possible. Canada and America sets every matched pair side by side.

Issue: rnOn certain motorhomes and RV trailers, the fasteners that attach the solar panel may loosen or pull out. If this happens, a solar panel could separate from the vehicle while driving. rnrnSafety Risk: rnA solar panel that detaches from the vehicle could create a hazard for other road users and increase the risk of a crash. rnrnCorrective Actions: rnForest River will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorhome or RV trailer to a dealership to install an added bracket to secure the solar panel. If the solar panel has detached, a replacement will be installed.
The wording above is the department's own, as it stood in the monthly file this site last read. Vehicle counts are the sum of the counts published for each make and model the recall covers. To act on a recall, use the official notice: Transport Canada recall 2023217.
