Both registers carry the same date for this defect.
These are the dates each register records against its own notice. They are separate administrative acts in two countries, recorded by two authorities under two sets of rules, and this page does not claim that one caused the other or that owners in either country were contacted on those days. What it shows is that the same manufacturer campaign reached the two registers on different dates.
Read the American notice 23V376, including every earlier version of its wording this site holds. The Canadian register explains why the manufacturer code is published there and what that makes possible. Canada and America sets every matched pair side by side.

Issue: rnOn certain RV trailers, the wardrobe slide-out could extend too far if the cabinet front detaches. If this happens, the wardrobe slide-out could detach from the trailer. rnrnSafety Risk: rnA slide-out that detaches from the trailer could create a risk of injury. rnrnCorrective Actions: rnKeystone will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your trailer to a dealership to verify if a backer board was installed behind the cabinet front on the wardrobe slide-out. If it's missing, the dealer will install steel brackets in each corner of the wardrobe slide box. To reduce the safety risk, Keystone recommends that if the wardrobe cabinet front is loose, do not fully extend the slide-out until the recall repairs have been completed.
The wording above is the department's own, as it stood in the monthly file this site last read. Vehicle counts are the sum of the counts published for each make and model the recall covers. To act on a recall, use the official notice: Transport Canada recall 2023306.
