Issue:
On certain motorhomes, the transmission parking pawl may not fully engage when you shift to park. If this happens, and the parking brake isn't used, the vehicle could roll away.Safety Risk:

Forest River will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your motorhome to a RAM dealership to update the powertrain control module (PCM) calibration software. The dealer will also inspect and, if necessary, replace the transmission or parts inside the transmission. To reduce the safety risk, FCA Canada recommends that you should always use the parking brake when you park.
