Issue: rnOn certain motorhomes, the wiring harness for the front seats may have been routed incorrectly. As a result, the wiring could become damaged and cause the airbags not to work properly in a crash. rnNote: This problem would cause an airbag system warning message to display on the instrument panel. rnrnSafety Risk: rnAn airbag that doesn't work properly could increase the risk of injury in a crash. rnrnCorrective Actions: rnWinnebago will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your motorhome to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, re-route the seat wiring harness. If damage is found, the wiring harness will be repaired or replaced, as necessary.

The wording above is the department's own, as it stood in the monthly file this site last read. Vehicle counts are the sum of the counts published for each make and model the recall covers. To act on a recall, use the official notice: Transport Canada recall 2024300.
