Issue: rnOn certain infant car seats, a label regarding the recommended use-positions of the carry handle may be missing. Canadian regulations require a warning label for handle adjustment positions that are not to be used. rnrnSafety Risk: rnThe missing label does not affect the safety of the seat. All instructions can be found in the owner's manual. rnrnCorrective Action: rnThis is not a recall. Owners can continue to use their seat. Evenflo has made changes to add handle position guidance to the warning label.
The wording above is the department's own, as it stood in the monthly file this site last read. Vehicle counts are the sum of the counts published for each make and model the recall covers. To act on a recall, use the official notice: Transport Canada recall 2025239.
