Issue: rnOn certain trucks, the electric fuel heater could overheat. As a result, the fuel heater housing could melt, and fuel could leak into the connector. If this happens, the connection terminals could overheat and melt.rnNote: This problem could cause the engine not to start or to have trouble starting.rnrnSafety Risk: rnA fuel leak and/or a connector that overheats and melts can increase the risk of a fire.rn rnCorrective Actions: rnIsuzu will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your truck to a dealership to replace the electric fuel heater. The dealer will also inspect and, if necessary, repair any damaged connector.
