Issue: rnOn certain motorcycles, the pivot bolt for the gear shift pedal could loosen and detach. If this happens, you will not be able to change gears. rn rnSafety Risk: rnNot being able to change gears could increase the risk of a crash. Additionally, a bolt that detaches from the motorcycle could create a road hazard for others and increase the risk of a crash. rnrnCorrective Actions: rnHonda will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your motorcycle to a dealership to replace the shift pedal pivot bolt with an improved part.
