Issue:
On certain vehicles, a software problem could cause the transmission and/or transmission housing to become damaged. As a result, there could be a loss of power to the wheels and/or transmission fluid could leak.Safety Risk:

Lexus will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to update the transmission electronic control unit software.
