Issue: rnOn certain child car seats, the adjustable headrest may change position in a crash when installed in forward-facing mode with the headrest in positions 10 or 11. Canadian regulations require that the position of the headrest remains the same.rnNote: This recall only affects REO convertible car seats manufactured between February 2025 and June 2026.rnrnSafety Risk: rnA headrest that changes positions in a crash could increase the risk of injury. rnrnCorrective Actions: rnEvenflo will notify registered owners in writing and provide you with a remedy kit.
