Issue: rnOn a small number of trucks, a component inside the high-voltage battery may not be properly secured. As a result, the component could move and damage the high-voltage battery. rnrnSafety Risk: rnA damaged high-voltage battery can create a fire risk. rnrnCorrective Actions: rnGeneral Motors will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your truck to a dealership to replace the high-voltage battery.
