What the notice says 燃料蒸発ガス排出抑止装置のチャコールキャニスター（燃料蒸発ガスを貯蔵する装置） において、防水空気槽の大気開放口部にある保護カバーの構造が不適切なため、雨天走行 時にタイヤが跳ね上げた水を吸い込んだ場合、チャコールキャニスターの逆流防止弁に錆 の発生するものがあり、このままの状態で使用を続けると、最悪の場合、チャコールキャ ニスターの逆流防止弁が固着し、燃料蒸発ガスが原動機へ吸引されなくなるため、大気開 放口から燃料蒸発ガスが漏れ出すおそれがある。
