What the notice says 軽油を燃料とする原動機を搭載し、湿式タイプのフライホイールを装着した車両において 、アイドル回転数以下の低速走行を多用して使用されている場合に、原動機の振動により 燃料噴射ポンプの燃料噴射量制御用レバー等が早期に摩耗し、原動機の低回転域における 噴射量が減少するため、そのままの状態でさらに極低速による走行をくり返すと、回転数 がさらに低下することから、原動機のフライホイールが共振を起こし、最悪の場合、フラ イホイール内部が破損し、動力が伝達されず、走行不能となるおそれがある。
