What the notice says 車いすを収納する福祉車両の排気管において、主消音器（メインサイレンサー）後方の テールパイプの強度が不十分なため、長時間のアイドリング状態での使用を繰り返し行っ た場合、当該テールパイプのフランジ部に亀裂が発生し、そのままの状態で使用を続ける と、テールパイプが破断してブレーキパイプと干渉し、最悪の場合、ブレーキパイプに穴 があき、ブレーキ液が漏れて制動力が低下するおそれがある。

車いすを収納する福祉車両の排気管において、主消音器（メインサイレンサー）後方の テールパイプの強度が不十分なため、長時間のアイドリング状態での使用を繰り返し行っ た場合、当該テールパイプのフランジ部に亀裂が発生し、そのままの状態で使用を続ける と、テールパイプが破断してブレーキパイプと干渉し、最悪の場合、ブレーキパイプに穴 があき、ブレーキ液が漏れて制動力が低下するおそれがある。What is to be done about it
全車両、当該テールパイプを対策品と交換するとともに、万一、テールパイプが破断して もブレーキパイプと干渉しないように、リアフロアパンにブレーキパイプとの干渉防止用 プロテクターを取付ける。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
