What the notice says デジタル式速度計の制御基板に組み付けられた２種類のコンデンサー（電気ノイズの除 去用、速度表示用ｃｐｕ（中央演算処理装置）の動作監視回路用）が不適切なため、 ①速度計付近の温度が高くなると速度信号の電気ノイズを速度信号としてカウントするも のがある。そのため、速度表示が実際の速度より高く表示するおそれがある。 ②速度計付近の温度が高くなると速度表示用ｃｐｕからの表示信号をリセットするものが ある。そのため、デジタル表示の一部が消えるおそれがある。
