What the notice says ①自動変速機セレクトレバーの作動を制限するディテントピンの位置調整用アジャスターの材質が不適切なため、熱劣化によりねじ部が変形してアジャスターを固定するロックナットが緩む場合がある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、ディテントピンの位置がずれ、最悪の場合、ｒレンジからｐレンジにシフトできなくなり、イグニッションキーが抜けず、施錠装置が機能しなくなるおそれがある。

What the ministry says is wrong
①自動変速機セレクトレバーの作動を制限するディテントピンの位置調整用アジャスターの材質が不適切なため、熱劣化によりねじ部が変形してアジャスターを固定するロックナットが緩む場合がある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、ディテントピンの位置がずれ、最悪の場合、ＲレンジからＰレンジにシフトできなくなり、イグニッションキーが抜けず、施錠装置が機能しなくなるおそれがある。What is to be done about it
①全車両、アジャスターのロックナットの緩みを点検し、緩みのあるものは、アジャスターを調整し、ロックナットを規定トルクで締付け、ロックナット回転防止用スプリングを装着する。緩みのないものはロックナット回転防止用スプリングを装着する。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
