What the notice says 四輪駆動車の制動装置において、ａｂｓの制御に使用している減速度検知装置（ｇセンサー）の構成部品であるコンデンサーを長期間使用するとコンデンサーから電解液が漏れるものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、電解液が同一基板上に設置されているｉｃの端子に付着し、端子間で短絡してｇセンサーが適正に機能しなくなり、ａｂｓが正常に作動しないため制動距離が長くなるおそれがある。

四輪駆動車の制動装置において、ＡＢＳの制御に使用している減速度検知装置（Ｇセンサー）の構成部品であるコンデンサーを長期間使用するとコンデンサーから電解液が漏れるものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、電解液が同一基板上に設置されているＩＣの端子に付着し、端子間で短絡してＧセンサーが適正に機能しなくなり、ＡＢＳが正常に作動しないため制動距離が長くなるおそれがある。What is to be done about it
全車両、当該Ｇセンサーを対策品と交換する。尚、対策品の供給に時間を要すことから、当面の暫定措置として、全ての使用者に不具合を通知してＧセンサーを取り外し、ＡＢＳが作動しないようにする。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in. This site keeps the wording a register had when it was read, and does not translate a safety notice.
