①エンジン制御用コンピュータのプログラムが不適切なため、エンジンが高回転から下がらず、車両を停止させてもエンジンを切らない場合には、そのまま高回転で維持される場合がある。そのため、車体床面下部の温度が異常に上昇して樹脂製燃料タンク、電気配線、駐車ブレーキケーブルの被覆等が溶損し、最悪の場合、燃料漏れ、エンスト、駐車ブレーキの作動不良等に至るおそれがある。What is to be done about it
①全車両、樹脂製燃料タンク等を点検して、異常が認められるものは新品と交換すると共に、熱害防止パッドが装着されていない車両は当該パッドを装着する。また、エンジン制御用コンピュータのプログラムを書き換える又は当該コンピュータを対策品と交換する。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
