What the ministry says is wrong

低床式後2軸の空気ばね式緩衝装置の車高調整装置において、ショックアブソーバのストッパー機能が不十分なため、荷役作業時等に最大車高以上に車高が上がり、内部のピストン取付ナットが脱落するものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると当該ショックアブソーバのピストンロッドが抜け出し、曲がりや折損が発生し、最悪の場合、タイヤと干渉してバーストまたは発熱により発火するおそれがある。

What is to be done about it

全車両、ショックアブソーバを対策品に交換するとともに、ユーザーに対し、車両使用上の注意喚起を行う。

The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in. This site keeps the wording a register had when it was read, and does not translate a safety notice.

This site gathered the record, grouped it by notification number and set it in English around the ministry's own words; the notice itself is unaltered. The Japanese register on this site

三菱 elsewhere in this register

三菱 is named on 887 notices in the copy of MLIT’s register held here, of which these are the nearest to this one in time.

The same part: ショックアブソーバ

44 notices in this register name ショックアブソーバ. A defect that keeps returning under one heading is worth reading as a group rather than one notice at a time.

Reading this against the source

This page is what MLIT published in the recall notices it publishes, kept as it was read. The authority publishes only its current wording; if a notice is rewritten, the earlier version disappears there and is kept here. The whole register is at /japan, and how the reading is done is set out in the method.

This register keeps an index of its own for every maker and every year it holds: Japanese recalls on a Mitsubishi: 1,288 in the register, and 335 Japanese vehicle recall notifications filed in 2008.
