What the notice says 原動機の負圧で開く燃料コックの燃料側ダイヤフラム（ゴムを繊維で補強した薄膜）の製造方法が不適切なため、表面に補強用繊維が露出するものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、燃料側に露出した繊維を通じて燃料が大気側に浸透し、通気孔から外に漏れるおそれがある。
