運転者席の上部にあるルーフにおいて、ルーフを取付けるルーフフレームと支柱を固定するボルトに平座金が取付けられていないため、締付けによる座面のへたりや、使用過程における振動でボルトが緩み、最悪の場合、ボルトの折損またはボルトの脱落により、ルーフが脱落するおそれがある。What is to be done about it
