What the notice says 運転席ドア部のパワーウィンドウスイッチにおいて、スイッチの潤滑用グリースが均一に塗布されていないものがあり、スイッチ操作時に接点部で発生するアーク（火花）によってグリースが炭化して潤滑性が悪化することがある。そのため、スイッチの摺動が悪くなり、早期に接点が摩耗して作動不良となるおそれがある。 また、スイッチの摺動不良を改善させようと市販の潤滑剤等を塗布すると、スイッチが溶損するおそれがある。

運転席ドア部のパワーウィンドウスイッチにおいて、スイッチの潤滑用グリースが均一に塗布されていないものがあり、スイッチ操作時に接点部で発生するアーク（火花）によってグリースが炭化して潤滑性が悪化することがある。そのため、スイッチの摺動が悪くなり、早期に接点が摩耗して作動不良となるおそれがある。 また、スイッチの摺動不良を改善させようと市販の潤滑剤等を塗布すると、スイッチが溶損するおそれがある。What is to be done about it
全車両、パワーウィンドウスイッチを点検し、作動不良が確認されたものについては、耐熱性グリースを塗布したスイッチ基板と交換し、それ以外については、接点部に耐熱性グリースを塗布する。 また、上記の点検により、耐熱性グリースを塗布したものについて、その後、作動不良が発生した場合は、パワーウィンドウスイッチを交換する。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
