分割可能貨物基準緩和仕様の粉粒体運搬セミトレーラ（３軸車）において、車体（サブフレーム）強度の評価が不適切なため、走行中に発生する応力がサブフレームに集中するものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、走行中に発生する繰り返し応力がサブフレームに作用することで亀裂が発生し、車体の堅ろう性を損なうおそれがある。What is to be done about it
