What the notice says トランスミッション内部のクラッチパックのアウトプットシャフトとボールベアリングを固定するスナップリングを組み忘れたまま車載したものがあり、車載の際アウトプットシャフトが押し込まれ、クラッチパック内部のクリアランスが無くなる場合がある。そのため、部品同士が擦れ摩耗粉が発生し、油圧回路が目詰まりし、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、トランスミッションが作動不良を起こし、最悪の場合、走行不能となるおそれがある。

What the ministry says is wrong

トランスミッション内部のクラッチパックのアウトプットシャフトとボールベアリングを固定するスナップリングを組み忘れたまま車載したものがあり、車載の際アウトプットシャフトが押し込まれ、クラッチパック内部のクリアランスが無くなる場合がある。そのため、部品同士が擦れ摩耗粉が発生し、油圧回路が目詰まりし、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、トランスミッションが作動不良を起こし、最悪の場合、走行不能となるおそれがある。

What is to be done about it

全車両、スナップリング組み付け有無を確認する。組み忘れていた場合、アウトプットシャフトの押し込まれ量を確認し、規定量以内の場合はスナップリングのみ組み付け、規定量以上の場合は、クラッチパックを新品と交換するが、クラッチパックの最短納期が平成２６年１月末の予定であるので、スナップリング組み付けにて仮復旧し、正式改修は部品が揃い次第実施する。
