What the notice says バッテリ式フォークリフトのバッテリプラグにおいて、プラグ端子の圧着方法が不適切なため、当該圧着部分の接触抵抗が増加し、バッテリ電流が大きいとプラグ端子が過熱する場合がある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、負荷の大きな作業を連続して行った場合に、バッテリプラグの樹脂部が熱変形し、バッテリ側と車両側の電気接点が離れることで、電源が切れて車両が停止するおそれがある。

バッテリ式フォークリフトのバッテリプラグにおいて、プラグ端子の圧着方法が不適切なため、当該圧着部分の接触抵抗が増加し、バッテリ電流が大きいとプラグ端子が過熱する場合がある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、負荷の大きな作業を連続して行った場合に、バッテリプラグの樹脂部が熱変形し、バッテリ側と車両側の電気接点が離れることで、電源が切れて車両が停止するおそれがある。What is to be done about it
全車両、プラグ端子を点検して、熱による変形・変色が見られる場合は車体側ならびにバッテリ側のプラグ端子を対策品に交換する。また、熱による変形・変色が見られない場合はバッテリ側のプラグ端子の圧着箇所へ追加カシメ加工を行う。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
